E.g. Based on 50 QFTDs: CPA owed for the month 50 QFTDs * $650 = $32,500. Total net deposits: $81,250 minimum to trigger the $10,000 bonus. Total monthly payment: $32,500 + $10,000 bonus = $42,500. Total CPA: $42,500 total CPA commission / 50 QFTDs = $850 CPA.
